How to find the Color of your Soul (#5)

For some people it can be very difficult to start thinking about their soul because it is unknown. Sometimes it is painful for me as well but the more I use it the less unknown it becomes. In a previous story I asked you to imagine what your soul looked like. It is important to pick an image of your soul every morning as it will be your guide for the day just like having your own “Life Coach”. It’s the best coach you could ever have, it’s authentic to you, and it is free! You simply need to recognize it as such and to tap into its immense reservoir of advice. He/She will only guide you to what is appropriate and relevant for your own growth, advancement and evolution. How will it guide me? Like a life coach you can ask questions and listen for the answers. The signs will be all around you. It is up to you to have a level of counsciousness that will allow you to connect and communicate with your soul. In this article we focus on 3 aspects of the soul to help us integrate it in our everyday life:
- The image of your soul
- The name of your soul
- The color of your soul
#1 The image of your soul. What might the serene aspect of you look like? If you feel distant from your soul, pick an image that makes you feel good inside and therefore closer, more aligned. Perhaps it is a flower, a sail in the wind, a geometric shape, a flying bird, a garden, a cloud, a sun ray, a butterfly….I also encourage you to reflect on your childhood and how you saw yourself which may be indicative of an image of your soul.
#2. The name of your soul. Since it is your guide, your best friend, your life coach, it deserves a name. It can be a first name that you always loved, and that perhaps you wished were your name. Every name has a vibration which will resonate with you everytime you say it.
#3. The color of your soul. I have been experimenting with asking people if they know the color of their soul. Some responses are immediate others are illusive. I even started a global survey on the color of souls of individuals in different countries to perhaps determine a country’s soul color index. After all, indexes exist on the Happiness level of each country (OECD) why not do one for the soul of each country. Once you have a picture or image of your soul and a name for your soul, picking a color should be a natural flowing experience. Together those 3 elements will bring you closer to who you are. You will begin to follow your path.
